Baskets & Bows
Learn how to make gorgeous baskets and/or bows out of Isomalt. First session: you will be working with a heat box and basket weaver to create a stunning basket. Session two: you will be working with a heat box to create a multi-colored pulled loop bow. Register for one or both sessions.

Fall Centerpiece
In this class you’ll be learning how to do blown sugar work using a heat box and sugar pump. Then it’s on to pouring and pulling techniques for the rest of the centerpiece.

Learn to make this amazing cake. We will start by using gel colors to sponge your dummy cakes. With isomalt, you will create all of the decorations with pouring, casting, and pulling techniques.
